On 4/14/20 my co-worker and I place a order for lunch. I ordered the lunch portion which was fine but I also ordered a side of shrimp. For $11.30 additional I recieved 8 shrimp. I asked the cashier, and he informed me that additional $11.30 was for the shrimp. I stated isn’t that standard , he said yes. So I asked what’s the lunch price? Still $11.30. Lesson learned, I won’t be patronizing this establishment anymore. There are establishments that offer more food at a better price.

Our chef Eugene was absolutely AWESOME and his food was the best! However our waitress was the worst I have EVER experienced!!! It was hard to even get her to bring us a water! Literally the only time she spent trying to serve us properly was when she was trying to push me and my husband out the door so that we wouldn't complain about her with the other guests that were at our table! AGAIN the food and our chef was awesome but the waitress need to find another job. Piss poor at customer service!

We went for my husband's birthday and it was both of our first time. Our waitress was friendly and our Chef was great! We both really enjoyed both our dinner and the experience. We'll definitely be back

What more can be said? The best teppanaki place in the city. Other versions just don't stack up. The prices are a little high but you get what you pay for.

I celebrated my graduation earlier this evening in this fine place. Well we enjoyed a incredible evening and the venue was certainly one of the reasons for this strong evening. The waiters participated in a sweet manner, the food was extremely good and my guests were very happy. We shall no dout visit again for more events. thanks very much.

Excellent, good food and healthy portions. The front of the restaurant needs to be swept up and cleaned. Ask Cloe to be your server and Orlando to be your chef. Good people

We enjoy eating out. Last night we came to this fine place which we didn’t know before. We had a beautiful time there with high-qulity food and a well-trained crew and a great cook. We added this fine restaurant in our list and we shall surely go again very soon. We warmly recommend.

I free think we may have been in on a holiday of some sort because it was absolutely packed. We ended up having to eat in like the bar/waiting room area I think? The staff was okay and the food was amazing with huge portions.

Went today for to go order. There were 3 employees at cashier's area and they were standing only inches apart. They wore no masks and no gloves. They used no hand sanitizer or wipes in between phone calls. They took cash and credit cards from customers and didn't clean between the customers. Benihana's was NOT social distancing at all. I've never felt so unsafe at any business during COVID19. I will NOT go back as other restaurants are doing a much better job at keeping customers safe. I will NOT go back which is a shame because the food is good. Be safe!

I love halbachi food..Its good but have been better..

I adore this venue a lot. there is a very nice ambiance. The cuisine is great. the service is efficient and the crew is polite. The price is satisfactory. I warmly recommend.

The waitress Katherine is very nasty, and rude. They had the air conditioning on full blast and we had to have space heaters 1 foot from us! Our cook Gorge was awesome! The manager Shelly was great too! But I will never stop foot in that place again!! Every time we go there it is some type of issue! I don't like feeling like I'm complaining just to get free food or a discount! I've been in food service and retail for over 24 years. So when I complain you have really effed up! I know things happen that can be out of your control. But every damn time I go back on my word, and go there for dinner i regret it!

Went there about 2 week ago and first of all servers and managers didn’t have mask on terrible no social distance .. but I went there it was about 530pm and I used my husband birthday certificate and ordered chic delight with 2 chic fried rice so I got it home and got ready to eat the chicken was so burnt dried out awful so I put it to the side because it was nasty so I ate my chicken fried rice but it wasn’t no better so later that night I got sick stomach was so upset remind you it was 4 o’clock in morning. So think twice before you Purchase there food.. Especially To go food...

This spot is worth a visit. They serve big portions for convenient prices. Regularly well organized and with great vibes. Would recommend to others.

I like this spot! They serve marvelous meals, their menu is varied, The cook in that spot is a real pro, I enjoy very much trying all their dishes. The dishes are consistently fresh and tasty, the service towards the customers is friendly. I frequently visit this place and I was never discontended. I recommend this place.

Delicious Hibachi, very expensive but worth the price. Very friendly staff, long waits for grill without reservation. Offers immediate seating in side dining area with same menu, no show, much quieter more intimate, less fancy looking but can sit alone without strangers. Great special occasion restuarant!

Love this place. Amazing food. Even better service. Fun for all ages. Also interesting place to meet new people. Have a small group of say 4? You will get seated with three other folk and might leave as a group of new friends. Definitely a good place to go but have a nice wallet full of bills ready. Average about 35-40 a person

Server and Manger were very Accommodating and Professional. Great place to celebrate my Birthday.

Ordered takeout during quarantine and this is probably the best I’ve had it in a long time. Better than dine in honestly. Everything was freshly prepared and contained.

Not my 1st time coming, I normally enjoy my stay! I showed up for my birthday with my family and the staff was horrible, the food was delicious, OF COURSE it took forever for them to start cooking it. Then another table who got seated after us got served before us. Again delicious food but I just don't see myself going back there anytime soon...

This has been a go-to for many special occasion dinners for my family for many years. The food is very consistent, and it's always delicious. The courses are fairly well spaced, including the stages of the hibachi style main course. The wait staff are always polite and responsive. The chefs are well versed in their craft, and know how to work a crowd for a fun experience. Overall, it's a fantastic restaurant, well worth the price of admission.
